"Data" means all types of data mentioned hereof including, but not limited to User Data;
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all intellectual property rights wherever in the world, whether registrable or non-registrable, registered or unregistered, including any application or right of application for such rights including but not limited to copyright and related rights, database rights, confidential information, trade secrets, know-how, business names, trade names, trademarks, service marks, passing off rights, unfair competition rights, patents, and rights in designs;
"Support Services" means User support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Application;

Some terms whose meaning is not defined above are defined elsewhere in these Terms of Use below.
2. General Provisions
2.1. This document constitutes the Terms of Use of "Every Stamp" (the "Application") — application software designed for smartphones and/or tablet computers, provided by Sergei Vasilenko, which enables Users to create personal stamp cards and track progress towards self-defined habits or rewards.
2.2. The Application is provided by Sergei Vasilenko, an individual developer based in Belgrade, Serbia, reachable at support.everystamp@gmail.com (the "Provider" and from time to time "we" and "us").
2.3. The User of the Application (the "User", "you", "your") is an individual who accesses the Application for the purpose of creating stamp cards and tracking progress towards self-defined habits or rewards.
2.4. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Provider.
2.5. Please read these Terms of Use carefully as they will regulate relations between the User and the Provider in the course of the use of the Application. By using the Application, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein. The User claims and warrants that s/he has full legal authority to accept these Terms of Use and to be legally bound by them.
3. Subject of the Agreement and Acceptance of the Terms of Use
3.1. Under the terms of these Terms of Use, the Provider is obliged to provide the Application, and the User is obliged to use the Application properly.
3.2. In consideration for the User's consent to follow the Terms of Use, the Provider grants to the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Application, only in order that the User could use the Application. No other license is granted. The User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information from the Application without the Provider's direct prior written consent.
3.3. To the extent that the User submits, sends, or generates any data that is received by the Provider through the use of the Application (for example, crash and performance diagnostics, or correspondence sent to our support address), the User grants to the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, create derivative works from, and reproduce such data, excluding any private data that is not anonymised. The rights that the User grants by this license are for the limited purpose of operating, maintaining and improving our Application, and developing new ones. For the avoidance of doubt, the content the User enters into the Application (such as card titles and reward descriptions) is stored only locally on the User's device, and the Provider does not have access to it. This license shall survive termination or suspension of these Terms of Use.
3.4. You are solely responsible for all your activities in the Application as a User.
3.5. In the event that the User does not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, s/he may reject the use of the Application.
3.6. The Application does not provide an option to create an account; therefore, we do not store nor have access to your entries and data. Your data are stored only locally on your device.
3.7. To learn more about the processing, storage and transmission of the User Data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
3.8. The User is solely responsible for all activity in connection with access to the Application through his/her device, and for the security of his/her operating systems, and in no event shall the Provider be liable for any loss or damages relating to any misuse.
3.9. The User can stop using the Application at any time without notifying the Provider. The Provider reserves the right at any time, without liability and at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend or revoke the User's access to the Application in case of any breach of these Terms of Use.
3.10. When the User deletes the Application from his/her smartphone or tablet computer, all User information stored inside the Application, including the User's usage history, will be cleared. The Application does not synchronise the User's data to iCloud or any other cloud service; accordingly, the Provider cannot recover any data from a deleted Application or a lost or wiped device.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Provider undertakes:
- Organize and ensure the proper functioning of the Application.
- Use all the User's Data only in relation to the operation and improvement of the Application, and not transfer or show to unauthorized third parties information about the Users.
- To provide relevant, timely and sufficient Support Services.
4.2. The Provider has the right to receive from the User all the Data necessary to fulfill its obligations hereunder.

- Refrain from attempts to reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the Application;
- Refrain from attempts to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Application, or any associated system or network, or to breach any security or authentication feature or measures of the Application;
- Not use the Application in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
- Not use the Application in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;
- Not interfere or attempt to interfere with the Application's operation for any User, host or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting malicious software or computer code to the Application, load testing, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing," or "crashing";
- Not use the Application for any purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
- Use all reasonable endeavors to prevent any unauthorized access to, or use of, the Application and, in the event of any such unauthorized access or use, promptly notify the Provider;
- Not make false or unlawful statements that disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm the Provider and/or the Application;
- Not use the Application in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations, or otherwise infringe these Terms.
4.4. The User has the right to carry out any actions related to the functioning of the Application in accordance with its purpose stated hereto.
5. Payment
5.1. The Application is provided free of charge in its entirety. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paid features. Every function of the Application is available to every User at no cost, and there is no limit on the number of stamp cards you may keep.
5.2. Because nothing is sold through the Application, the Provider does not collect, receive, or have access to your payment card details, banking data, or billing information.
5.3. If paid content is ever introduced, these Terms of Use will be updated with the applicable payment and billing terms before that content becomes available.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. The User acknowledges that all rights in and to the Application and its content, including the visual interface, graphics, design, illustrations, text materials, compilations, computer code, software and all other elements of the Application, are and shall remain the Provider's sole property.
6.2. Except as expressly stated herein, the Terms of Use do not grant the User any rights to, or in, patents, copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights or licenses in respect of the Application.
6.3. The Provider confirms that it has all the rights in relation to the Application that are necessary to grant all the rights it purports to grant under, and in accordance with, these Terms of Use.
6.4. If you believe Application content infringes your copyright or trademark under applicable law, please notify us immediately using the contact information provided herein. It is our policy to investigate any allegations of infringement brought to our attention. Please provide us with the following information in your notice of a suspected violation:
- Identification of the material being infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location, with sufficient detail so that we are capable of finding it and verifying its existence.
- Contact information for the notifying party (the "Notifying Party"), including name and email address.
- A statement that the Notifying Party has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that the Notifying Party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the owner.
- An electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the material that has been allegedly infringed.
6.5. Your notice must be electronically signed and must be sent to: support.everystamp@gmail.com
7. Right to Modifications
7.1. The Provider may from time to time modify, alter or change the design, functionality or information contained in the Application at its own discretion without any prior notice to the User.
7.2. The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. The Provider will notify the User about such changes through the Application and/or by updating the date at the top of this document. The updates become legally binding after the posting of the renewed Terms of Use. The User's use of the Application following any such update or revision constitutes his/her agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use as updated or revised.
7.3. No modification to these Terms of Use or any other legal document within the Application by the User is allowed. Any such modification, alteration, or change of any kind without the Provider's express written consent shall be of no effect.
8. Third-Party Applications
The User may be able to access certain third-party links, applications, content, or services ("Third-Party Applications") via our Application — for example, the Apple App Store, or web pages opened in your browser. You are in no way obligated to use any Third-Party Applications; your access to and use of such applications is entirely at your own risk, and we have no associated liability. In addition, we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of any information, content, goods, data, opinions, advice, or statements made available by any Third-Party Applications. As such, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Third-Party Applications.
9. Device Considerations
To use or access our Application you will need a compatible device. We cannot guarantee that the Application will be compatible with, or available on, your device.
10. Warranty, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10.1. OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OF USE, NEITHER THE PROVIDER NOR ITS LICENSEES, VENDORS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES, WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE APPLICATION. THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
10.2. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT MAKE ANY STATEMENTS OR GIVE ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY USING THE APPLICATION, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE APPLICATION OR ITS RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE APPLICATION WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER EXCLUDES ALL SUCH WARRANTIES.
10.3. THE APPLICATION IS A TOOL INTENDED ONLY TO HELP YOU CREATE STAMP CARDS AND TRACK PROGRESS TOWARDS SELF-DEFINED HABITS OR REWARDS. THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY RESULTS OF THE APPLICATION'S USE, ITS INTERPRETATION, OR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON IT.
10.4. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR INACCURACIES OR MISSTATEMENTS IN THE CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION.
10.5. THE PROVIDER AND ITS LICENSEES, VENDORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE USER.
10.6. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE PROVIDER AND ITS LICENSEES, VENDORS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
10.7. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE PROVIDER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION OR THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO THE PROVIDER FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF USE EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Licensing and Rights to Application and Components
11.1. Use of Open Source Code
11.1.1. In the development of our products, we utilize open source software, components, and libraries that are governed by various open source licenses. These components help us ensure the high quality, performance, and security of our products.
11.1.2. List of Open Source Libraries. We are committed to transparency in our use of open source solutions. A list of the open source libraries used in the Application, along with their respective licenses, is available in the Privacy Policy.
11.1.3. The Provider is not responsible for the functionality of open-source libraries used in the Application. However, we conduct checks to ensure that each library complies with modern security standards before its integration into our products.
11.1.4. Disclaimer. The use of open-source components does not imply that our entire product is open source or that you are granted a license to our entire code under the terms of open-source licenses. Open-source licenses apply solely to the respective libraries and components used within the Application.
For all open-source libraries and components, the following provision applies:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS', WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
12. User Data
12.1. The User grants to the Provider a non-exclusive license to copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, process, edit and translate the User Data, to the extent the Provider receives such data and as reasonably required for the performance of the Provider's obligations and the exercise of the Provider's rights under these Terms of Use.
12.2. The User warrants to the Provider that the User Data, when used by the Provider in accordance with these Terms of Use, will not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights or other legal rights of any person, and will not breach the provisions of any law, statute or regulation, in any jurisdiction and under any applicable law.
12.3. The purpose of User Data collection is as follows: providing the Application to the User; corresponding with the User; and quality assurance and technical diagnostics.
12.4. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Use, the Provider may process the User Data if and to the extent that the Provider is required to do so by applicable law. In such a case, the Provider shall inform the User of the legal requirement before processing, unless that law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest.
12.5. The Application does not provide an option to create an account; therefore, we do not store nor have access to the content of the User's entries and data. Your data are stored only locally on your device.
13. Other Provisions
13.1. If any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision; the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in effect.
13.2. These Terms of Use, and any dispute, controversy or claim arising under, out of, in connection with, or related to: (a) the Application or its use or content; or (b) the Terms of Use, or their subject matter, negotiation, performance, renewal, termination, interpretation, or formation, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to any conflicts of law rules that might apply the laws of any other jurisdiction. Subject to clause 13.3, the courts having jurisdiction in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, regardless of the User's location.
13.3. The parties agree that each of them shall make bona fide efforts to resolve any disputes arising between them by amicable negotiations and provide frank, candid and timely disclosure of all relevant facts, information and documents to facilitate those negotiations. If the dispute cannot be settled within 30 days after the start of such amicable negotiations, or such other period agreed to in writing by the parties, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts identified in clause 13.2.
13.4. You agree that the Provider shall be entitled to seek and be awarded an injunction or other appropriate equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction restraining any breach, threatened or actual, of your obligations under any provision of these Terms of Use.
13.5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce these Terms of Use shall be entitled to its reasonable costs and legal fees.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or your use of the Application.
14.2. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14.3. You may not assign, delegate, or otherwise transfer your access to the Application or your obligations under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent. We have the right, in our sole discretion, to transfer or assign all or any part of our rights under these Terms of Use, and will have the right to delegate or use third-party contractors to fulfill our duties and obligations under these Terms of Use and in connection with the Application.
14.4. Our notice to you via email, or notices or links displayed in connection with the Application, constitutes acceptable notice to you under the Terms of Use. We are not responsible for your failure to receive notice if email is quarantined by your email security system (e.g., "junk" or "spam" folder) or if you fail to maintain a current email address. Notice will be considered received forty-eight hours after it is sent if transmitted via email. In the event that notice is provided via links displayed in connection with the Application, then it will be considered received twenty-four hours after it is first displayed.
14.5. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Provider with regard to their subject matter and supersede any and all prior negotiations, representations and agreements, whether written or oral, made between the User and the Provider.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy was updated on 2026-09-06 and is effective for new and existing users of the app "Every Stamp" (Application).
General Statement
Your privacy is critically important to us. Your data is your own. We make no claims to it and will only use it according to the policies outlined below.
This policy was written in English. To the extent a translated version exists and that version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time as our Application changes. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted in the Application in a timely manner. This policy will always be posted within the Application.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.
The Application allows you to create stamp cards to track your own habits or rewards. The content you enter (card titles, reward descriptions) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted off the device.
No personally-identifying information is transmitted to external locations when using the Application. The only information the Application sends off your device is non-personally-identifying crash and performance diagnostics, so that we can find and fix problems in it. The Application collects no usage or product-analytics data at all.
We use this data to keep the Application working and to improve it. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Definitions
Personal Data Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Usage Data Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Application or from the Application infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of an Application session or which screens were viewed).
Data Subject Data Subject is any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.
User The User is the individual using our Application. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.
1. Introduction and Remarks
1.1. About Us
Provider of this Application and responsible person is Sergei Vasilenko, an individual developer, reachable at support.everystamp@gmail.com (referred to as the "Provider" as well as "we", "us" etc.).
We strongly believe that you have the right to control the use of your personal information and that your privacy must be respected. We strictly limit the collection and processing of your data, and to the best of our abilities we will work only with other organisations who do the same. We will not use data that you provide to us in a manner inconsistent with the purposes for which you provided it to us, as set out below.
We do not sell, rent or lease personal data.
We will vigorously challenge any attempts by government agencies or private sector organisations to gain access to any information that you give us.
1.2. Our Core Principles
With this Privacy Policy we would like to inform you how we process data while providing you with the Every Stamp — application software designed for smartphones and/or tablet computers (the "Application"), — which allows Users to create personal stamp cards and track progress towards self-defined habits or rewards.
The protection of your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, which is why it goes without saying that we comply with the applicable statutory provisions on data protection.
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY, AS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE APPLICATION SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS WITHIN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR CONTINUE TO USE THE APPLICATION.
THIS POLICY MAY BE AMENDED OR UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME, SO PLEASE CHECK IT REGULARLY FOR UPDATES.
1.3. What information does the Application obtain
The Application does not provide an option to create an account, and we do not operate any user accounts or authentication. Therefore, we do not store nor have access to the content of your cards, or any text you enter in the Application. All such data is stored locally on your device only.
Your cards, your stamps, your collected rewards, and your app settings (for example, the stamp-appearance toggles in Preferences) are all kept on your device and never sent to us.
We obtain your email address only if you choose to contact us — for example, when you request support via email. We use your email solely to respond to you and to provide support, feedback, or important information related to your request.
1.4. What Data is Being Logged by Default
By continuing to use this Application, you agree to a limited collection of data that is essential for us to keep the Application working and to fix problems in it.
The Application automatically collects certain information that does not personally identify our end users who access or use the Application. This information is limited to:
- Diagnostics (crash data: such as crash logs and stack traces; performance data: such as launch time, hang rate, or energy use), collected so that we can find and fix crashes and stability problems.
The Application does not collect usage or product-analytics data. It does not record which screens you open, which controls you tap, how many cards you create, how many stamps you place, or how often you use the Application. It does not create an analytics or advertising identifier for you, and the diagnostic reports above are not linked to your identity.
The Application does NOT collect any personal data that directly identifies you, such as your name, surname, or any free-text content you enter inside the Application (for example, the descriptions you write on the front and back of your cards remain on your device). The Application does NOT collect any health or fitness data, does NOT collect or use your location, does NOT access your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, calendar, or Bluetooth, and is NOT used to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
When using our Application, you are not required to provide us with any personal data. The Application is fully usable without entering any contact details.
1.5. Data Use
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Product improvement — using diagnostics data to identify crashes, performance regressions, and stability issues so that we can fix them.
- For corresponding with you (to respond to any communications, queries or support requests, however received).
- To comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The Application will only process data when we have a legal basis for doing so. The legal basis on which we rely will depend on the circumstances in which we collect and use your data. In almost all cases, the relevant legal basis is one of the following:
- Your consent — for example, your continued use of the Application after being informed of this Privacy Policy constitutes your consent to the limited, anonymous data collection described above. You can withdraw this consent at any time by uninstalling the Application.
- Our legitimate interests — namely, keeping the Application stable and fixing crashes and performance problems. We rely on this basis only where we have assessed that the processing is necessary for that purpose and that this interest is not overridden by your interests, rights, and freedoms. Given that the data collected is anonymous and limited, the impact on you is minimal.
- Compliance with legal requirements — where applicable regulation obliges us to process data.
Children's Privacy. Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal data via support correspondence, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
1.6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing of data and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to data. Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of data.
Because your card content is stored locally on your device, you acknowledge that clearing the Application's data, uninstalling the Application, or losing your device may result in the loss of all data stored within the Application. The Application does not sync your data to any cloud service, and we cannot recover data from a lost or wiped device. You are responsible for the security of your device and for backing up any data you wish to preserve.
1.7. Purchases
The Application is free of charge and contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Nothing is sold through the Application, so no purchase, payment, or billing data of any kind is created, stored, or transmitted by it. We do not collect, receive, or have access to your payment card details, banking data, or billing information.
2. User Rights
2.1. Storage Period of the Collected Data
We store your data:
- If you have consented to the processing (namely, by accessing or using the Application after being informed of this Privacy Policy) — at most until you revoke your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device, which stops any further diagnostic reports from being sent and removes all locally stored content.
- If we use data on the basis of a legitimate interest — at most as long as your interest in deletion or anonymisation does not prevail. Aggregated, anonymous diagnostic data may be retained for longer for stability and product-improvement purposes.
- If we need data to handle your support request — for as long as is necessary to resolve the request and, where applicable, for a reasonable period afterwards for quality control and ongoing support.
- If a legal retention obligation exists — until the end of that obligation.
2.2. Data Sources
All data we receive are received from you and/or your device only. We do not buy data from data brokers, and we do not receive personal data about you from any third party.
2.3. Legitimate Interests
When processing your data, we pursue the following legitimate interests:
- The improvement of our offer;
- The identification and correction of crashes, performance regressions, and stability problems;
- Informing about the Application's news and updates;
- The storage of our correspondence with you;
- Complying with a legal obligation;
- Protecting and defending the rights or property of the Provider;
- Preventing or investigating possible wrongdoing in connection with the Application;
- Protecting against legal liability.
2.4. Making contact
We provide an email address through which users of the Application can send us questions, comments, or support requests. In the process of receiving and responding to such requests, we may collect personal information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address or any other personal data contained in the body of your message. By allowing you to send us these requests, we are not attempting to solicit personal information from you.
We only use that information for the purpose of responding to your questions, comments, or support requests. Copies of your requests may be kept on file for our records, for quality-control purposes, or to provide ongoing support services you have requested.
3. Open Source Usage Policy
3.1. Use of Open Source Code
During the development of the Application, we utilise open-source software, components, and libraries governed by various open-source licenses. These components are integral to ensuring the quality, performance, and security of the Application. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the inclusion of such components under the terms of their respective licenses.
3.2. List of Open Source Libraries
We are committed to transparency in our use of open-source solutions. Below is a list of open-source libraries utilised in the Application, along with their respective licenses:
-
Firebase iOS SDK (modules used:
FirebaseCore,FirebaseCrashlytics)
Available at: https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk
Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 ("License");
A copy of the License is available at: https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk/blob/main/LICENSE -
DeviceKit
Available at: https://github.com/devicekit/DeviceKit
Licensed under the MIT License;
A copy of the License is available at: https://github.com/devicekit/DeviceKit/blob/master/LICENSE
Firebase Crashlytics is the only component that sends anything off your device: it receives crash reports and basic performance data. Firebase Analytics is not part of the Application — it is neither included nor enabled, and it collects nothing. DeviceKit runs entirely on your device; it turns your device's model code into a readable name (for example, "iPhone 15 Pro") that is included in a support email only if you choose to write to us, and it transmits nothing by itself.
3.3. License Compliance
Each open-source library we use is licensed under terms specified by its author or the community that created it. We strictly adhere to those terms, including any requirements to provide access to source code (where applicable).
3.4. Security and Responsibility
1. Responsibility for Library Functionality
The Provider is not responsible for the functionality of open-source libraries used in the Application. However, we conduct checks to ensure that each library complies with modern security standards before its integration.
2. User Data Privacy
The use of open-source libraries does not compromise the privacy of User data. We ensure that all selected libraries meet applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, and that they are configured in line with the disclosures in this Privacy Policy.
3.5. Disclaimer
The use of open-source components does not imply that our entire product is open source or that you are granted a license to our entire code under the terms of open-source licenses. Open-source licenses apply solely to the respective libraries and components used within the Application.
For all open-source libraries and components, the following provision applies:
